Cai Fang is the Vice President of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is a member of the Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Agricultural & Rural Affairs Committee of the 13th National People’s Congress of China. The Chairman of the National Institute for global strategy of the Chinese academy of social sciences. The member of the expert committee of China's 13th five-year plan and chief editor of the journal of labor economics. Professor Cai’s research covers labor economics, China’s economic growth, and income distribution, etc. He has won a lot of famous awards, such as the Sunyefang Economics Awards, Zhangpeigang Development Economics Outstanding Achievement Award, China Soft Science Awards.
