For your convenience during the meetings in Beijing, we designated a personal liaison for you. If you have any questions about the meeting, please feel free to ask your liaison.
Working language of the BRSN is English. Simultaneous interpretation in English, French and Russia is provided at the BRSN First Annual Meeting.
The information center is located at the southeast corner of the hall, on the first floor of Beijing Hotel. The center will provide consultation service, distribute meeting-related materials, and release notices timely. Working time is 8:00 a.m.-20:00 p.m.. You can also call for consulting.

We will provide business meal or buffet from April 22nd to 27th at the Sunshine Cafeteria on the first floor of Beijing Hotel.
Shuttle buses between the airport and the hotel are available. Please inform the liaison of your departure plan in advance.
